Spring in a Glass
In the Press / 22nd Nov 2019 / aidanSarie Kos shows us how to get creative with Lautus
In the Lente 2019-edition of SARIE KOS, Herman Lensing used the newly launched Lautus Sparkling to create a refreshingly summer recipe. Make enough, he says, because everyone will want to have more and they will even be able to safely drive themselves home.
Tropiese Sangria - Afrikaans
genoeg vir 3 liter
2 x 750 ml yskoue Lautus De-Alcoholised Sparkling Wine
1 liter sodawater
400 ml gemmerbier
80 ml vlierblomstroop (elderflower)
1 hand vol kruisement
4 lemmetjies, in skywe gesny
4 perskes, ontpit en in skywe gesny
vars bessies soos kersies, frambose en aarbeie
1 kg gebreekte ys
Meng al die bestanddele saam vir die sangria. Vul ’n groot glashouer met gebreekte ys en gooi die sangria daaroor.
